Reminder calls that confirm, reschedule or cancel
The agent calls each customer before their appointment, asks for a clear yes or no, and records a new time when they cannot make it. Your team sees the result next to each contact.
How it works
- Step 1
Upload the day’s list
Add contacts with the appointment time, person and place as variables, by CSV or through the API.
- Step 2
The agent calls in the customer’s language
It introduces itself as an automated assistant, states the appointment once and asks if they will attend.
- Step 3
Reschedule or cancel on the call
If they cannot attend, the agent asks for a preferred day and time, or the reason for cancelling, and records it.
- Step 4
Voicemail handled
Choose whether the agent hangs up or leaves a short message when the call is not picked up.

Calling it responsibly
Send reminders inside the allowed calling hours. DialBots holds calls that fall outside them and tries again in the next window.
