Terms of service
Last updated 2 November 2026.
These terms govern your use of the DialBots platform, website and API (the “Service”) provided by Honco Private Limited, a company incorporated in India (“DialBots”, “we”).
1. Your account
You must provide accurate details, keep your credentials secure and are responsible for activity in your workspace, including by team members and API keys you create.
2. What you may do
You may use the Service to build AI voice agents and WhatsApp bots and to place and receive calls and messages for your business. You are responsible for the content of your agents and for the lawfulness of every call and message you send.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not call or message people without a lawful basis, and keep records of consent where the law requires it.
- Do not use the Service for harassment, fraud, impersonation, unlawful debt recovery practices or content that is unlawful, threatening or deceptive.
- Do not disable the AI disclosure where the law or a platform policy requires it.
- Comply with the telecom, do-not-call, financial and data-protection rules that apply to you and to the people you contact, and with the policies of WhatsApp and Meta where you use them.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
4. Pricing, wallet and taxes
The Service is prepaid. You top up a wallet and usage is deducted at the rates shown on the pricing page or your workspace rate card. In India, top-ups are subject to 18% GST, and we issue a tax invoice for each top-up. Wallet balances do not expire while your workspace is active. Top-ups are not refundable, except for a duplicate or wrong charge, or if we end the Service for reasons other than your breach of these terms, in which case we refund the unused paid balance on request. Trial credit has no cash value.
5. Trial
New workspaces may receive trial credit. Trial credit has no cash value, may be used for test calls to verified phone numbers, and may be withdrawn if we suspect abuse.
6. Your data
You own the content you put into the Service. You give us the right to process it to provide the Service, as described in the privacy policy.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. No service level or uptime commitment applies unless we agree one with you in writing. We may change the Service and these terms and will give notice of material changes.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or the law, or put the Service or other customers at risk.
9. Liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. You are responsible for the calls and messages you send through the Service, including consent, do-not-call and calling-hour rules, and you will compensate us for claims that arise from your breach of the law or these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts having jurisdiction over our registered office have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
